  1. I really like the quietness of the neighborhood, in general, and the quick access I have to anything I need to do. However, what I DON’T like is all the barking dogs!!!
I get up at 4:30 a.m. to get ready for work. During the warm months I leave my window cracked at night to allow my bedroom to cool off so I can sleep. Then I hear the dogs even louder. Sometimes I can’t get to sleep until midnight, sometimes waking up several times a night. And no one seems to care, especially the dog owners. They bark all year long, all day and all night. IS THERE NOT A BARKING DOG ORDINANCE IN PROVO?!
With the recent outbreak of violence against barking dogs, it is my beilief, it stems from the barking dogs combined with their owners unwillingness to do anything about it. I don’t blame them. I blame the owners, GET A BARK COLLAR ON THOSE BARKING DOGS!
